Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for users
Liaise with account managers and sales executives to determine training needs of users
Conduct webinars, onsite and online trainings/workshops
Keep log of training attendance
Manage training budgets
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement on the system
